I am having a great time with the course… One of the things I like best is that it forces me to think through the process methodically not just intuitively the way we’re used to doing. It takes a bit longer but it’s much more rewarding than ‘winging it.’ It makes you think deeply about choices–being reflective and forward thinking at the same time. Mapping the customer journey and thinking through the various touch points sparks ideas and reveals opportunities that wouldn’t be available otherwise.
